Great Recipe for Low Carb Quiche

How is it possible to make a quiche without the crust? That is the question I get when I share this recipe. We are so accustomed to making some items the traditional way. You don't have to stop eating what you enjoy, you just have to make some concessions and change a few things. As far as quiche goes, you just leave out the crust.
Quiche is also something you can make according to your own taste. Use the vegetables you like and when you have reached your goal weight and moved into maintenance phase, you can add your favorite cheese! Until then, leave out the cheese and maximize your weight loss!
This is not only a quick and easy recipe, it also makes for great leftovers!
- Spray your pie plate with non-stick spray
- Add spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and any other vegetables you enjoy.
- Beat together 6 eggs, about a 1/2 C. Of heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic or seasoning of your choice. Sprinkle with cheese ONLY if you are in maintenance. For Step 1, skip the cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
